The Challenge:
The event at the Aseana Concert Grounds presented a significant network challenge due to the extremely high density of users coupled with severely inadequate existing cellular infrastructure in the immediate vicinity, resulting in critical bandwidth congestion and service degradation. This environmental constraint characterized by a limited number of proximate cell sites demanded an immediate and robust solution to ensure reliable, high-speed connectivity for the duration of the event.
Our Solution:
Cybrix Media immediately addressed this capacity deficit by deploying a sophisticated array of NR routers paired with high-gain external 4G/5G antennas.
- We deployed two aggregated Peplink platforms, each leveraging five high-performance cellular modems to create a unified, high-throughput composite channel through proprietary cellular bonding technology.
- A robust, multi-layered redundancy architecture was established utilizing twelve diverse, dedicated network sources and separate access points to ensure guaranteed, uninterrupted connectivity for essential artist and production teams.
- We strategically deployed a dense array of Multiple Access Points (APs) throughout the venue, to provide comprehensive, secured, and authenticated coverage across the entire event perimeter.
Key Takeaways
The successful execution of this project underscores the technical expertise of the Cybrix Media Team, which leveraged extensive field experience and an arsenal of industrial-grade networking equipment to overcome profound connectivity challenges. By proactively addressing the bandwidth constraints with a high-capacity, multi-redundant network, Cybrix Media ensured that the event ran smoothly and successfully, delivering a flawless operational experience despite the demanding environment.
