The Challenge: 

The corporate event at the Makati Shangri-La, Manila, required a stable, high-capacity aggregated network to support flawless live streaming on Facebook and YouTube. By securing early venue access and prioritizing a comprehensive technical dry run, the main objective became a proactive one: ensuring zero technical failure under a controlled environment. This meticulous preparation and early configuration by the Cybrix Media team successfully eliminated the risk of typical high-profile event connectivity issues, leading to a smooth deployment from start to finish.

Our Solution: 

Cybrix Media fixed the connectivity issues by quickly deploying a system by using cellular backup and advanced network management.

  1. Cybrix Media deployed multiple high-performance NR routers and external 4G/5G antennas to establish a highly resilient cellular gateway.
  2. We used Peplink Multi-Link Aggregation with three cellular modems and the Peplink Balance 305 to combine the different network connections into one very fast, reliable link, handling all of the event's data traffic.
  3. The network was expertly managed via the Peplink 305 Aggregation and Ruijie Networks System to provide prioritized, secured bandwidth for the live stream and dedicated network feeds, guaranteeing uninterrupted service delivery.
